Booking the Hall
Booking Request – An online booking form will be available in due course, in the meantime,
please email: bookings@bmvillagehall.co.uk with the date and times you wish to book.
Please check the calendar first, to see if your date is free!
Hire charges:
Private bookings (parties/functions):
£18 per hour for first 2 hours then £9.00 per hour
Non-profit groups: £12 per hour for first hour then £6 per hour
Richard Mabey Meeting Room: £6 per hour
Please ensure you have read our ‘Terms and Conditions‘ for hiring before completing the form.
We will send you an a email to confirm the booking and an invoice will follow from our Treasurer.
